How Vaydha handles the information you share through this website.

What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive the type of enquiry you select, your name, your company, your work email address and, if you choose to add one, your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email and anything in it. The website has no accounts, newsletter sign-up or payment forms.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and arrange a discussion and, if we go on to work together, to run that engagement. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists.
Who handles it
Form submissions are received and stored by our website host, Netlify, which screens them for spam and forwards them to us by email. Our email is provided by Google Workspace. These providers may process data outside India. We share your information with no one else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any engagement that follows. Ask us at any time and we will delete it, unless we must keep it by law.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to swati@vaydha.com.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and our host keeps standard server logs.
